Clay in a Day - Bowls TBA
This class is designed as a 1 day project to get your hands dirty, and give you some experience on how pottery is made. In this class we will work on making custom slump and hump bowls. You will design your bowl with options like texture, embellishments, and/or sgraffito to make it truly unique. You can add feet as a design element too. The slab hand-building technique you will learn is truly a versatile technique to put in your creative tool belt. You will choose a glaze color from the dip and pour options. After you leave your creation in clay, it will be bisque fired, sanded, waxed, glazed, and put in its final firing by your instructor. We will call/email when your project is ready to be picked up. If you need your creation shipped we can do that with the cost of shipping paid before the item is shipped out.
